i found the staff helpful. they kept the rooms super clean and cozy.. the reception team provided a great room close to both the beach and the main restaurant. it was really convenient.
the pool lacked individual parasols providing enough shade. there was no waiter service at the pool either. the queues at the bars were long.

i found the multiple pools so inviting , especially since each offered a different atmosphere. accessing the private beach was very simple and i really enjoyed strolling along the shore at sunset. the staff throughout the resort were genuinely kind and always ready to help with any request , even small ones.

our room included a spacious balcony with seating , and it provided a partial view of the sea. the bathroom had two sinks and a walk in shower , and it allowed plenty of space for toiletries. the bed was firm and very supportive.

the resort is very close to many local shops and restaurants , and they offered a great chance to explore. transportation to nearby attractions , such as the grand aquarium , was very easy and affordable. the proximity to the sea made it peaceful.

The buffet at the main restaurant presented great food variety and quality. I found multiple a la carte restaurants included. I easily accessed a good shopping mall, Senzo, close to the resort. The taxi service offered reasonable prices.
I wanted to use the air hockey and pool table but the hotel asked for 5 euro per person.

the variety of food was good. the main restaurant had a wide selection. the staff was very friendly and helpful. there were activities like archery and tennis available.
The hotel rooms were basic. the air conditioning was not very effective. SOME mosquitoes were in the lobby bar. It made it uncomfortable. the evening entertainment area was crowded.

The hotel staff were friendly. The animation team was engaging, it. I liked that they organized activities such as archery and tennis.
The gym didn't have updated equipment. Some machines were out of service, this limited workout options. I had to adjust my fitness routine due to the equipment issues.
